The IRS is claiming that their targeted of Tea Party groups was just a "procedural error", funny how that "procedural error" didn't lead to any left-wing groups being harassed.

The Tea Party groups that the IRS went after were all sent letters of inquiry demanding chilling information.  The IRS demanded lists of donors, names of spouses and family members, detailed information about political views and associations — all of that “under penalties of perjury.”

They told the Tea Party groups that they must supply the names of any political candidates that participated in public forums conducted by the groups along with copies of any literature distributed at the forum and material published on websites.

The Spanish-speaking custodial workers filed their complaint with the EEOC, saying the Auraria Higher Education Center (AHEC) in Denver discriminated against them by failing to provide Spanish translations.

The complaint contends that the employees suffered unfair working conditions. AHEC officials says they are not aware of any state statue that requires translation into a native language or any state policy that requires it either.

A Miami plastic surgeon waterboarded his mistress during a brutal 16-hour assault after getting angry over a Facebook message posted on her page, police said.

Dr. Orlando Llorente, 41, allegedly threatened to kill Leanne Sauma as he straddled her in the bathtub, stuffed a rag into her mouth and poured water over her.

He is also accused of banging her head on the floor and forcing it down the toilet — as he screamed at her to tell him "the truth" about the message.  Releasing Sauma, 36, from the room, he drove her to a Pinecrest CVS parking lot where he told her what to say about her injuries.
